Linda Cleary is a British born/Irish heritage poet - writer - performer: 'Packs poetic punches with aching sensitivity' (Apples & Snakes). She is a Literary Arts Consultant with a theatre background and a Diploma in LAMDA Speech and Drama, a Diploma in Recreational Studies from Manchester Metropolitan (specialisation Creative Writing) and a HND in Theatre Studies. She is Director of the Free Writers Centre chiefly offering online and live Creative Writing courses, editing and mentoring for writers and literary events. She is also Publishing arm for the Hypatia Trust and works in Adult Education providing literacy support to a wide variety of students including adults with specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia.
